A cracking day with fantastic weather. In the morning Pip Bickerstaffe gave an entertaining and informative talk on longbow history, background to the making of the longbow, technique... and anything else that was asked of him!

The afternoon saw 50 archers roving the fields around the camp for an excellent afternoon's shooting.
